This event places some of the food and drink sector’s current major challenges in the spotlight. By assessing and debating some of the industry’s most challenging topics – including pesticides, sugar analysis and mycotoxins – we aim to shed light on the things we may not want to know, but certainly should.
We expect around 500 people to attend live over the two days. An additional online audience will be able to access certain content via live streaming of the plenary room sessions taking the total audience to around 1000.
In 2021, Food Safety Live (virtual) saw 956 food manufacturers, retailers and ingredient suppliers from around the world attend from 86 countries representing 280 manufacturers, retailers and ingredient suppliers. And just earlier this year, Food Integrity (virtual) saw over 1,000 people on the platform.
Attendees from food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, retailers, local authorities and government can attend both in-person and online for free.
Alongside the conference runs an exhibition with approx. 25 exhibitors showcasing products and services.
Only through tackling issues head on can we hope to solve our most pressing problems, so join us for a day of exploration and problem solving.
